Congratulations! Our collective efforts are paying off!!! With your help, we have received over 6,200 signatures. And it is MAKING A DIFFERENCE. We are working closely with FSMA and FightSMA who are leading the charge on Congress on behalf of the SMA community. This week during their trip to DC, they already used details from the petition to move key Members to support this important legislation. In fact, the president of FightSMA said the petition immediately got attention and opened doors of communication where there was none before. We will continue giving them data regularly that they can use to show Congress that there really is broad support for this legislation and constituents really do care about this issue. And now that both Senators Clinton and Obama have signed on as cosponsors — momentum is building!
