When we returned home after the Stanford trip, we received the most incredible surprise. And I mean, incredible! A dream come true for Gwendolyn. Unbeknownst to us, a friend of a friend was working on a little project for Gwendolyn (actually, a pretty darn BIG surprise in the world of an obsessed Sesame Street fan). And what is so amazing is how many people were involved, how many people went out of their way, called in favors, and took the extra time and effort for our little girl. A little girl who so deserves an extra special something right now. And we all benefited. To see Gwendolyn experience joy and excitement, to see her happy, makes Bill and I simply content. Her happiness is our world.
