Gramma and Gwendolyn match almost perfectly in their green outfits as Gwendolyn shows off her wave goodbye trick – this one to Mommy.
We had a trek down to the pediatrician for Gwendolyn's monthly check-up today. Once again Gwendolyn seemed to have more secretions when we were out-and-about. The only thing we can think of is the heat or the pollen or the fact that she is almost too long for her Quinny stroller so she's uncomfortable She's now a little over 30 inches long.
Gwendolyn's doctor appointment went pretty well. One funny thing was that she was a little strange with our pediatrician, whom she usually loves. We've never seen that before with him, but he said that he sees that with most of his patients around 9-10 months.
Gwendolyn weighs 16.3 pounds now. Our pediatrician is a little worried about her slowing weight gain so we increased the amount of formula food we will be giving her daily to 900ml's from 800ml's. Instead of increasing the feeds during the day we decided to add the extra 100ml to the night feed and increase it to run over 11 hours instead of 10 hours.
