Gwendolyn officially graduated from baby “Swaddler” diapers to “Cruisers.” She is very curious about her new purple “Big Girl” diapers and stares at them with a mixture of seriousness met by joy — I think it is pride. Yes, our little baby is getting so big and she knows it. She loves to be Mommy's helper, she insists really, and so she holds the diaper during diaper changes; she holds the suction during treatments; she closes the door to the bathroom…you get the idea. She loves anything in which she can have a sense of independence and control. And thanks to some great suggestions by friends and Gramma, we have a gamut of new activities that excite her.
And, yes, those are seriously her legs! (They are almost as long as mine.)
