It's Abby Cadabby!!!
Gwendolyn had an absolute blast playing Abby Cadabby dress up today. Abby is one of the newer Sesame Street characters and for some reason she is not only a monster like the other muppets, she is also a fairy with wings who performs magic. And she sings really darling songs and Gwendolyn adores her. So today we got all dressed up in the Abby Cadabby costume, complete with a fancy fairy dress, glittery wings, pink and purple pom poms (just like Abby's hair), and a magic wand.
We had so much fun singing Abby songs and looking in the mirror at our fancy self…
and performing magic tricks that turned Daddy into a puppy, a frog, and then back to a daddy again!!!
Gwendolyn loved her Abby costume so much she didn't want to take the Abby dress off! Thank you Laurian and John — Abby dress up is clearly a BIG hit!
